For soothing muscles Apply QPoint for 30 to 90 seconds, rolling over the sore area or length of the muscle with continuous pressure. May be used three to five times per session, up to five sessions per day.
For soothing muscles during workout and sports Apply for 30 seconds before, during, or after muscle activity. May be used one to three times per session. Consider additional sessions per your individual tolerance.
